Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in Worthing
Kundalini yoga is a complete science. In a kundalini yoga class you will learn about yogic techniques called kriyas. These can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
The yoga we practise involves a range of physical exercises, working with our breathing, the use of sound through mantras and meditations.
Together these work to raise our kundalini energy (our vital energy), at the base of the spine and move it through the body’s seven energy centres, chakras.
Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system and balances the glandular system, increasing physical and mental health.
At Kundalinirealm we are devoted to spreading the teachings and the benefits of working with your Kundalini energy.
Kundalini yoga is a spiritual home for those seeking the divine light within us and it is a transformative science that is beyond borders, beliefs and religions. It is a journey to becoming a fully awakened human being.

We are now delivering studio yoga lessons from the 1st of August 2020. Please prebook your yoga a week in advance to garantee your space at Heene Community Centre.

Classes are for all abilities.
Each class will have a long relaxation so bring a blanket or warm clothing to cover yourself as your body cools down during relaxation.
Please bring water to drink during and after the class
Please bring a yoga mat and/or a sheep skin, wear lose jogging trousers and t-shirt.
The first class is half price and we will be offering a loyalty scheme with a half price class after nine classes
A minimum donation of £10 for eachYoga class
A minimum donation of £15 for each Sound Healing session
